When you create an account we collect your name, email, phone number, and pickup and category preferences. When you place an order we collect payment authorization details, delivery or pickup information, and order history. Suppliers and pickup hosts provide additional business, contact, and verification details as part of onboarding review.

How we use your information

We use your information to operate group-buy campaigns, coordinate pickup and delivery logistics, process payments, send order and account notifications, and improve the marketplace experience. Preferences you set (favorite suppliers, categories, zones) are used to personalize recommendations shown to you.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full card details on our servers. Card authorizations are placed at checkout and captured only if a campaign reaches its minimum commitment, per the terms shown at checkout.

Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers needed to run the platform, such as payment processing and email delivery, and with suppliers or pickup hosts to the extent necessary to fulfill your order.

Data retention

We retain account and order information for as long as your account is active and as needed to comply with legal, accounting, and reporting obligations.

Your choices

You can update your profile information, adjust notification preferences, and manage your saved campaigns and favorite suppliers at any time from your account settings. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us below.
