Our story
Living on an island means paying a premium for food. Every truck that crosses on a ferry adds to the cost, and big-box retailers pass that markup straight to consumers. For too many families, fresh produce and quality proteins have become luxuries.
GroupShop Hub was built to change that. By pooling orders from neighbours across seven island zones, we unlock wholesale pricing that was previously only available to large retailers. No membership fees, no middlemen - just collective buying power directed at the food we all need.
We work directly with local farmers, fishers, and producers, coordinate consolidated deliveries to community Pickup Hubs, and let members choose products that fit their households. The result: better food, lower prices, and a stronger community.
